あまり綺麗な施設ではなく、受付の方は医療事務ではないのか知識は乏しいです。 更衣室はロッカーが3つあり、使用中は鍵がかかるものの男女同室です。私は着替えているときにガチャガチャと開けられそうになり怖かったです。

MRIを受けに行ってきましたが、ロッカーとMRIの中は清潔感に欠けている印象を受けました。消毒は恐らくされていないのではと思ったのは、MRIに出入りする合間の時間が早くて、消毒をする時間などなさそうだと感じたのと、MRIの中に入った時に、加齢臭の様な臭いがして気分が悪くなりました。コロナが騒がれている中、大丈夫なのだろうかと、とても不安になりました。

設備、検査技師、医師については普通。問題はない。 問題は受付。クリニックの顔である自覚が無い。 ただのバイトレベル。バイトかも知れないけど。ちゃんと教育するべき。 患者の前でしていい話と、慎むべき話の区別がついていない。 すごく不快だった。二度と行かない。
Equipment, laboratory technicians, doctors are normal. No problem. The problem is reception. There is no awareness of being the face of the clinic. Just a byte level. It may be a part-time job. You should educate properly. There is no distinction between a good story in front of a patient and a modest story. It was very uncomfortable. I will never go again.

MRIのために来院。横浜駅西口から徒歩6-7分。待合室も比較的広くテキパキとしてこなしていく。大病院で何時間も待たされるよりずっといい。
Visited for MRI. 6 - 7 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station West Exit. The waiting room is comparatively wide and it works as quickly as possible. It's much better than being kept waiting for hours at a big hospital.

受付の若い女性もろにAI対応でした。みんな不安で検査しにきてるのにもうちょっと心ある対応してほしかったです。クリニックで突発性難聴と診断され、クリニックからの依頼で頭部MRIを撮りに来ました。何の説明なしでいきなりヘッドホンかけさせられ検査開始。大音量の音楽を15分位聴かされました。お陰で耳鳴り悪化しました。もうちょっと気使って検査してほしかったです。

整形外科の紹介でMRIをとりに行った。 午後は前の患者でおしてくるのか、結構待った。午前はそれほど待たなかったと知人談。 ここのクチコミを読んで最悪の想定をしていったので、受付と清潔さは思ったほどひどくはないと思った。 ただ、診察室の女医(多分、バイト)が顔も見ず名前も名乗らず、質問も高圧的な口調で不快だった。 スタッフは全体的にマニュアル通りの対応で心がこもっていない感じもするが、短時間に多くの検査をこなすためにはこうなるのもやむを得ないのかもしれない。 ホームページを見ても運営者がよくわからなくて不安だったが、もらった医療費の領収証(3割負担で8000円弱)には医療法人社団じあい会、郵送料の領収証(660円)にはメッドサポートシステムズ株式会社、の記載があった。

平日午後のMRI検査です。 予定時刻の20分前に到着。紹介状と保険証提出。 問診票記入、医師の問診。 着替えてMRI。10分ちょっと。ヘッドホン貸してくれますが、うるさいので自前の耳栓持ってくれば良かった。 着替えて支払い。普通のVISAのクレカなら一括払いで払えました。 CD焼き待ち数分。受け取って退出。 各待ち時間は5分ほど、トータル1時間程でした。 受付の私語はありますが、仕事はちゃんとやっている印象。 多分私服だからキッチリして見えない分、損してる。 正直、ここの口コミ見た時行くのやだなーと思いましたが、全く問題の無いクリニックでした。

All in all, everything was fine! The receptionist and doctor were nice, and they seemed ok with the fact that I can't speak Japanese fluently. The receptionist helped me fill out a form since the kanji was difficult. The doctor also spoke English pretty well! I was there for about 90 minutes total, and the wait wasn't too bad.
