広	広島グルメブログ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前に訪問した時の写真、感想です。家系ラーメン初チャレンジです。とりあえずお腹が空いていたのでラーメン+唐揚げのセットを注文。ライスはおかわり無料でセルフサービスです。食券提出時に味のカスタマイズが出来る様ですが、初心者なので全て普通でお願いしました。味の濃さ、油の量、麺の固さですね。あと、麺も細麺と中太麺と選択出来たのですがTVとかで見る家系ラーメンって中太だったよなと思い、中太麺でオーダーしました。スープはトンコツ醤油で少しトロミのある濃厚そうな粘度で、飲むとマッタリはしつつもベタベタと残らないのでクドさはそこまで無いかな。トンコツの旨味だったり醤油の塩気も感じられる印象でした。麺は中太麺で少し短めの見た目。カルボナーラまでは行かないにしても、シッカリスープを纏うので麺とスープの一体感は楽しめる印象でモチプリ食感。ほうれん草、海苔の脇役もスープに浸して食べると白いご飯がガンガン進むヤツ！唐揚げは下味シッカリ目で衣もザクザクしてて、ごはんが進むヤツ。鶏肉のジューシー感も味わえる。サービスでマヨネーズが付いてるので少し味を変える事もできます。同じユーザー名でYouTubeやってます。メニューだったり卓上調味料、スープの粘度等を動画にしてまとめてますので良かったら検索してみて下さい。 Here are some photos and impressions I had when I visited a while ago.
