★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今のお店の状況を会社の状況を知っていますか？お客様としてオイル交換を御願いしましたら、1週間先しか予約はできないとの回答があり事情を説明しても全く受付て戴けませんでした。工場のトップの回答でした、予約と予約の間の調整が全くできないのか、待ち時間が長くなっても待って頂ければ対応します。との回答はありません。この様なお店ではお車の購入、紹介等する事は出来ません。オイル交換に如何ほどの時間がかかるでしょうか？私とすれば、他のホンダカーズ店へお願いすれば済むことですが、実はそのようにしました。それは、貴社だけの問題とは思いません。ホンダデーラーとしてのモラルの低さを感じえないです。

When I asked for a change of oil as a customer, there was a reply that I could only make a reservation one week in advance, and even if I explained the circumstances, I could not accept it at all. It was the top answer of the factory, we can cope if there is no coordination between reservations or you can wait even if the waiting time is long. There is no answer. You cannot buy or introduce a car at such a store. How long does the oil change take? In my case, I had to ask another Honda Cars store, but in fact, I did so. I don't think it's just your problem. I cannot feel the low morals as a Honda dealer.
