r	ron paley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After and exhausting all day mountain hike on nearby Miyojima Island my wife came across this shop about 4 minutes walk from Hiroshima Station on our way back to our hotel. WOW! There is almost no menu (or English). Then again, they sell one thing only. Ramen. Perfect delicious rich soup with carefully chosen ingredients, fresh noodles, an incredible orange centred egg and toppings. It is breakfast now and all I can think about is that they open in 5 hours. I'll be first in line. In a nutshell if you are going to do anything in life, do it as well as this guy makes his bowl of ramen.
