★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had horrible experience at the restaurant. They didn't even served food for us and made us waiting for 30 mins without serving and ignoring us all the time.
The restaurant's food might be good, but they might be rude to you if you are not Japanese l, which you should be aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok. It didn't surprise us. The one who served at our table is newcomer, but he's the most friendly in the store. The rest showed impatience on their faces. And that day wasn't even busy. Only 3 tables of customers. A bit disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make the okonomiyaki right in front of you, with a chef at the back and a person at the front who's responsible for taking orders and putting sauces on. I got the okonomiyaki with full toppings for ¥700, and the taste was average. Pretty good price though.
