 Cass udon is Osaka's specialty udon with some kind of giblets. The soup is clean and delicious. I think it will be good for most Korean tastes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had Katsudon and it was great. Tender and well seasoned. Good ratio of egg, pork, and rice so the last bite was the same as the first. Knows some English which was very helpful.
