工務店のおじさんは愛想がわるく怖いので修理とかもお願いしづらいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪の会社。この会社のデザイナーズマンションに住みましたが、問題が発生し相談しても、ほったらかしにされました。入居前も、「今しか空いてません」、「先程まで別の方から相談がありました」等、嘘くさいセールストークに吐き気がしましたが、本当に失敗しました。悪いことは言いません。絶対に利用しない方がいいです。
Lowest worst company. I lived in a designer apartment house of this company, but I had a problem and consulted me. Before I moved in, I was nauseous about liar sales talks such as "I'm only vacant now" and "I had a consultation from another person until a while ago", but I really failed. I will not say anything bad. You should never use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男性の営業マンが担当だったけど、こちらの要望の立地や条件をいくら伝えても、要望とは違う、自分の所が手掛けたであろうデザイナーズマンションを執拗に提案してくる。会社が作ったであろう物件のオーナーびいきなのはわかるが、借りる人の気持ちも考えてほしい。結局、大手の不動産屋にいったが、確りと要望に合った物件を紹介してくれた。地元に根付いた不動産と聞いていたので安心して相談にいったが、ただの地主びいきの会社だった。残念。（ちなみにこの会社が手掛けているデザイナーズマンションは見た目がおしゃれなだけで、内装はペラペラ。家賃も近隣と比べて、めちゃくちゃ高い。）
