1つ1つお料理がとても丁寧に作られているのを感じました。
きっと優しいんだろうなーなんて想像しながら
1品1品を楽しめました。
そして、おかみさんの丁寧な優しい接客、女子二人での訪問でしたが
優しく対応していただき、素敵な時間を過ごせました。
お料理も接客もサービスもすべて素敵でした!

いろいろなお店に行っている方も
楽しめて、幸せを感じられるお店だと思います。

築50年 の古民家を改装したというこの黒塀の一軒家
カウンターがメインのお店、2階に10名までの個室
『ザ・リッツカールトン東京』で和食の統括料理長を務め、日本料理『ひのきざか』にミシュラン1つ星をもたらした熟練の料理人、黒須浩之氏のお店です。
場所は飯田橋、神楽坂、牛込神楽坂駅の間にあります。
お店の周りには風情ある建物がたくさんあり、
外国人に喜ばれそうな場所にありました。
初めていったエリアでしたがこんな場所があるんだ!
素敵な雰囲気の場所だなーという印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ予約頂きお伴で。天婦羅の揚げ具合は絶妙で、衣のさくさくの中から程よい海老の甘味が出てきたり、鯛茶漬は出汁をかけるのが勿体ないくらい白いご飯を漬け込まれた鯛だけでおかわりしちゃいました。勿論出汁をかけても絶品です。席がカウンター5席と2階だけなので、予約必須です。
でも絶対に行く価値有りです。

花御膳と言うお造り付きのランチが2800円でありました。
今回注文したのは
鯛茶漬けと大海老天丼。
じゃこサラダ
漬物
おしるこが付くという。
とにかく旨い。
過去最高の鯛茶漬け。
天丼はなかなか。
鯛茶漬けが間違いなかとです。
「お味の方はいかがですか?」
と笑顔で離すスタッフさんに、大満足です!
と即答で。
ごちそうさまでした。
また来ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで訪問。私は鯛茶漬け、パートナーは牛&穴子重を。鯛茶はもちろん、小鉢にもきめ細やかな手仕事が光っていました。特に、キノコやレンコン、牛蒡の煮浸しは火が通っているのにシャキシャキと歯応えもかなり良く印象的でした。女将さんも大将も感じが良く、ぜひまた行きたい。カウンターはお喋りしづらい雰囲気なので、3名以上は2階がオススメ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜のランチで鯛茶(漬け)天ぷら膳を頂きました。予約していなかったのですが、早い時間だったこともあり運良く入れました。鯛茶漬けの食べ方をお店の方が丁寧に教えてくださり、始めはそのまま食べて、半分からお出汁で茶漬けにして頂きました。食べ方で鯛の味が全く変わり、始めはコリコリ締まった味、茶漬けの時は柔らかくふんわりした鯛の味を楽しませて頂きました。和食って食感も風味も変化自在で楽しめて美味しい、と実感しました。お代わりのできる白米も、デザートの黒蜜のわらび餅も、温かいほうじ茶もとても美味しかったです。お値段もお手頃でした。
