立ち寄る価値はない。
 The landscape is overgrown with trees and is completely absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一は展望ありだが、こちらの第二では展望ありません。ですが、その分人もいません。紅葉を見ながらゆっくり昼食とコーヒータイムを取れました。トイレはないのと、奥多摩湖は見えませんが良いスポットです。
The first is a prospect, but the second here is not. However, there are no people for that. I had lunch and coffee time slowly while watching the autumn leaves. There is no toilet and you can't see Lake Okutama, but it's a good spot.

見晴らしは良くありません。ダム湖を眺めたいなら第一駐車場へどうぞ。
簡易トイレが置かれていることもありますが、基本的にトイレはありません。
パトカーが待機していることがあります。
周遊道路はサーキットではありませんのでスピードの出し過ぎに注意しましょう
It is a parking lot of Okutama Shuyu Road.
The view is not good. If you want to see the dam lake, please go to the first parking lot.
There may be a simple toilet, but basically there is no toilet.
A police car may be waiting.
The roundabout road is not a circuit, so be careful not to overspeed.

また、御前山に行く事もできます。
トイレは有りませんけどね。
とても広い駐車場です。
From this parking lot, you can go to Mt. Mito via Mt. Tsukiyomi.
You can also go to Mt. Gozen.
There is no toilet, though.
It is a very large parking lot.

The best place to take a break after running. There are no runners who look around for cars and motorcycles, the scenery is good, and the smartphone is out of range, so you can enjoy your meal and tea time without getting in the way!
