K	KEISUKE HIRAGA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正１０年創業、築地にて古くから寿司の専門店として営業をしているお店です。両親が高島屋で買い物する際に、サッと休憩するのによく利用していた店舗であり、自分もそれに倣って利用しました。地下一階の食料品のフロア、エレベーター前に位置しており、お土産とカウンター席で新鮮なネタの寿司をいただくことができます。２０２０年１月のお正月休み、買い物の合間に立ち寄り、特上にぎりをいただきました。穴子は苦手だったため中トロに変更。目の前でササっと握ってくれるお寿司はどのネタもとろけるようでとても美味しかったです。若干シャリの握りがあまくてポロッと崩れてしまうネタもありましたが、お吸い物と熱いお茶と一緒にいただくお寿司は至高のひと時でした。ゆったりと、あまり長く滞在できない店のスタイルが少し残念ではありますが、買い物に疲れ、激混みのレストラン街で並ぶ元気がない時は穴場スポットとして今後も重宝する予定です。 Established in 1926, this restaurant has been operating as a sushi specialty store in Tsukiji since ancient times.
