両親が高島屋で買い物する際に、サッと休憩するのによく利用していた店舗であり、自分もそれに倣って利用しました。
地下一階の食料品のフロア、エレベーター前に位置しており、お土産とカウンター席で新鮮なネタの寿司をいただくことができます。
２０２０年１月のお正月休み、買い物の合間に立ち寄り、特上にぎりをいただきました。穴子は苦手だったため中トロに変更。目の前でササっと握ってくれるお寿司はどのネタもとろけるようでとても美味しかったです。
若干シャリの握りがあまくてポロッと崩れてしまうネタもありましたが、お吸い物と熱いお茶と一緒にいただくお寿司は至高のひと時でした。
ゆったりと、あまり長く滞在できない店のスタイルが少し残念ではありますが、買い物に疲れ、激混みのレストラン街で並ぶ元気がない時は穴場スポットとして今後も重宝する予定です。
Established in 1926, this restaurant has been operating as a sushi specialty store in Tsukiji since ancient times.
It was a store that my parents used to take a quick break when shopping at Takashimaya, and I used it as well.
Located in front of the elevator, the food floor on the basement floor, you can enjoy souvenirs and fresh sushi at the counter.
During the New Year holidays in January 2020, we stopped by during shopping and had a special nigiri. Changed to medium toro because conger was not good at it. The sushi that you can hold in front of you is very delicious as it seems to be meltable.
The sushi with soy sauce and hot tea was a supreme moment.
It is a bit disappointing that the style of the store cannot be stayed for a long time, but if you are tired of shopping and are not energized in a crowded restaurant area, we will continue to use it as a secret spot.
