S	Shinxia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10人でお世話になりました。3600円コース料理のお料理は、Webの写真とはちょっと違ってて、サラダも食べ放題じゃなかったのが残念。美味しいお料理でしたが個人的にはもう少しボリュームが欲しかったな〜。 10 people took care of me. 孝	孝宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2時間飲み放題で予約しました。 4人用の小部屋。まだ食べている途中なのにどんどん運んでくるため、テーブルの上に置くスペースがない。でも客に渡して居なくなる。2時間経過し、まだまだ食べていない、手を付けていない料理が沢山あるも、終了して下さいとのこと。延長500円で出来ると言われた延長をお願いしたところ、今日は混んでいてこの後予約があるので延長できませんでしたと言われた。沢山の料理がそのまま捨てられるんだなと悲しくなりました。お金さえ取れば、料理なんか食べても食べなくてもどうでもいいんだろうね。フードロスは無くならないな。 I made a reservation for 2 hours all-you-can-drink. 恵	恵武藤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お酒も食べ物もとても美味しかったです。予約をとって案内して頂いた場所もゆったりしていて、安心できました。ただ、本当に残念なのは、メガネをかけた男性店員さんです。高飛車で、非常に高圧的でした。お店のルールは理解しています。でも、ずっとその場に仁王立ちして、早く寄越せという態度をとり、悪者扱いしているように感じました。横柄で、お客への態度ではありませんでした。メンバーは皆、その男性店員の態度に呆れ、不満をもちました。同じことを言うにせよ、ルール上正しいことを言うことと、接客業としての正しい伝え方は違うのだということをきちんと学んでほしいものです。コロナ禍にあって、久しぶりに会ったメンバーと楽しみにしていた飲み会が、半減するほどの態度を取っているのだということを、どうかご理解いただけたら幸いです。お店自体のクオリティは高いだけに、本当に残念です。 The liquor and food were very good.
