鷹	鷹島剛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田駅に併設するトピコ1Fにある、秋田県内の食材を中心にしたグリル料理のお店。牛ステーキ&チキン&ソーセージプレートと、比内地鶏の野菜炒めカレーをいただきました。牛ステーキは小ぶりですが、いいお肉のようで味が濃い。チキンは少し端が焦げるぐらいのグリルらしい焼き加減が、皮パリ肉ジューシー。ソーセージはビールが飲みたくなる濃いめのお味。焼き目で旨さも増してる感じ。さらに薬味としてマスタードとわさびがあったのですが、わさびはすりおろしでは無く切って叩いたようなもの。辛すぎず、でもわさびの風味は強いのでお肉にバッチリ。野菜炒めカレーは、カレーは普通に旨いが、野菜炒めがシャキシャキ。比内地鶏のセセリが入ってて、これまたすごい弾力と旨み。レトロな金属のカレー皿もまた味わい深い。地産地消としても良いが、こじゃれてて見栄えもよい。唯一料理提供にちと時間がかかるのが欠点で、時間が無いときは利用控えた方がいい。でも、それが分かっていれば大した問題ではない。また別の料理も食べてみたい。 A grilled restaurant centered on ingredients from Akita Prefecture, located on the 1st floor of Topico, which is located next to Akita Station.
