★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもくたびれた建物です。昔は窓にカラーフィルム？を貼っていて夜になるとカラフルに光っていたようですね。

営業しているのは１Fと別館のみ。
暗いという程ではないが、全体的に侘しい空気が漂う。
2018年にTwitterで話題になったレトロゲームコーナーは健在。
だが、集客力という意味では何か足りない感じ。
スペースは広いので、レトロで推すなら
うどんそば・ハンバーガー自販機を置いてみてはどうか？
幸いにも、市内にハンバーガー供給してくれそうなBIGバーガーさんが在る。
軽食を出す屋台があっても良さそう。木内の生ジュース提供できないか。
２Ｆには、再開発前の駅前の写真展等はどうだろうか？
木内屋上に遊園地あった頃とか、写真で見てもワクワクします。
