S	Shinichiro Nakahara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺専門店三田製麺所虎ノ門店で、限定の「特濃煮干しつけ麺、中盛、煮卵と野菜のトッピング」を美味しく頂きました。三田製麺所さんは三田本店にだいぶ前にお邪魔したきりで、ずいぶんと久しぶりだったと思います。麺は、つるつるした中太麺よくあるやつではありますが美味しいです。スープは煮干しの名の通り魚介系ベースで、濃厚ではありますがこってりしているわけではないので最後までモタレませんでした。ただ、麺の水分が良く切れていなかったのか、食べれば食べるほどつけ汁が薄くなり、後半味がぼやけてしまう感じだったのが残念でした。トッピングの野菜は茹で野菜で、それをつけ汁に入れたこともぼやけてしまう原因かと思ったり。虎ノ門点はお店もきれいですし、食券購入方式なのでオーダーも気兼ねないです。久しぶりに食べる機会を得られて良かったです。「どうしてもまた行きたい」とはならないですが、普通に美味しく食べられるつけ麺屋さんだと思います。 At the Tsukemen specialty store Mita Seimenjo Toranomon, we had a delicious limited edition "Tsukemen Niboshi Tsukemen, Nakamori, Boiled Eggs and Vegetable Toppings". As the name suggests, the soup is based on fish and shellfish, and although it is rich, it is not thick, so it was not motivated until the end. However, it was a pity that the noodles weren't drained well, and the more I ate, the thinner the soup, and the more the latter half of the taste became blurred. The topping vegetables are boiled vegetables, and I wondered if adding them to the soup would also cause blurring. The shops at Toranomon are beautiful, and you can order meal tickets without hesitation. I'm glad I got the chance to eat after a long time. I don't really want to go there again, but I think it's a Tsukemen restaurant where you can eat deliciously.
