家系ラーメンということでしたが、良くある大衆家らーめんとは違い、辛味噌がらーめんのおいしさをバランス良く引き立てているらーめんです。
麺の硬さを普通で頼みましたが、思ったより柔らかかったので、硬めが丁度いいかもしれません。
臭みがなく本当に美味しかったです。

客は私以外誰もおらず、「大丈夫か？」と一瞬不安になったが温かく出迎えてくれたので発券機で辛味噌ラーメンを注文し、着席。
久々に680円と安価なラーメンを食べる気がした。
昔ながらの赤いカウンターテーブル、静かな店内に響くラジオの音。どこか懐かしの雰囲気が漂っていた。
味は家系のラーメンで、中太麺がいい食感で美味しかった。
食べ終えて、帰ろうとしたとき、「外は寒いから気をつけて」と気遣いをしていただいた。温かみのある接客を感じた。
