Stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! You know a good place when the queue starts 15-min opening hour and they only have 3 ramen specialities! I'd recommend the first ramen on the menu (forgot the Japanese name). They allow you to upsize with a small amount. Overall, thumbs up!

i didnt quite get exactly what i wanted(your usual ramen bowl),my fault for being a gaijin lol however they gave me the dipping style of noodles instead and it was so gooooooood! i wasnt even too hungry cause i been snacking on some mad combini onigiris. the stock was rich with pork and fish flavours. unreal! would come back in a heartbeat!

A tsukemen stand. Really strong taste. Always crowded.

Just had been this Ramen shop randomly but it becomes my best Tsukemen here in Tokyo. Highly recommend!

I wanted to like this place but I'm giving it a 3 because the tsukamen broth was so so salty. I usually love salty, so for me to complain it must be extra salty. The sardine taste in the broth is very dense. I ordered the char sui tsukamen for 1230¥ and then also got a large serving for an additional 140¥. However this was so large that I couldn't finish. Most people order regular size. Got there on a rainy Saturday at around 130pm and there was still a line. Waited about 35 minutes. Only 9 seats inside. They clean the counters after each person leaves.

Very average Tsukemen in my opinion. If you have ever been to Itto I think your experience here will leave you disappointed. Its good, don't get me wrong, but it won't blow your socks off if thats what you're expecting.

If you're looking for a heavy, deep broth for tsukemen, Niboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto has got it. My friends and I lined up 50 min before opening and to my surprise, the shop opened up its doors for us 15 minutes early! We were allowed to sit in, wait, and watch as our tsukemen was being prepared. As your order is about to be served to you, don't bother trying to take the broth from the staff's hands, they'll tell you it's very hot and that another staff member will place the bowl of broth on the counter for you. I showed up having only eaten breakfast today and ordered チャマヨ丼(char siu mayo bowl) and their チャーシューつけめん (char siu tsukemen) with extra noodles (大盛り). The broth is very dark and so it is up to you to find out what tastes and notes are hidden inside. There's cuts of onion, bamboo, yuzu, as well as the Niboshi umami. The handmade noodles are nice and thick as well. The atmosphere is very intimate as you watch and listen to the process of your order being prepared sitting by 8-9 other customers. Get there early or wait it out- either way, Niboshi Tsukemen Miyamoto is a must for any tsukemen fan.

Great tsukemen in Kamata. Counter style seating and a fast paced restaurant. We went on a Thursday night and waited for about 15 minutes but the wait was worth it. The niboshi broth (dried sardines) was heavy and creamy. The noodles were thick, chewy and delicious. Served quickly and kind.
