★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Ginza for business, been in this restaurant for dinner. The beef steak was very good, perfect cooking and good price. The staff speak a little bit of English and is very helpful to explain the menù and give you suggestion based on your preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place with chilled atmosphere, friendly staff, good beer and absolutely fantastic food. The wagyu steak is really something special, you wouldn't shop in for cheap meal but it is worth every penny. We were also sat in a spot were we could see all the food being prepared which was great to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatest tasting steak I have ever had!! Plenty of different cuts and from Kumamoto Japanese Brown Beef. I had rib roast 200gm and green salad. Staff are great and speak good English. Nice atmosphere too with good relaxing music to bring back happy memories. Enjoy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely quiet place. Staff speak English. Wine by the bottle prices are reasonable. Appetizers are okay, nothing special but steaks are off-the-charts amazing (which is high praise given this is Japan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to return to Tsubameya Ginza to try their steak - this was from Minami-Aso Kumamoto and motto oiishi! Supremely delicious. More selections for steak are offered during dinner. The first time, in 2015, I tried their famed hamburger steak which is still the best one that I've ever had. At that time there was no English menu and it's still the same today. But the friendly staff here will help so no worries! The only beer on tap is Erdinger.
Update for dinner on 2018/08/05:
Tried two cuts of Kagoshima beef steaks last night: Misuji (wonderfully tender and full flavored) and Nakaniku (recommended by the waiter and was very lean but strong flavored). Both steaks were very well prepared although the cut of misuji had a vein running through it which detracted from its overall tender texture. It was quite quiet on a Sunday night. Whereas there was no English menu at lunch, it is available at dinner. Will visit again for sure.
