他店も美味しそうなスイーツがたくさん並んでいるので、目移りしてしまいますが...ここのぷりんを買って正解でした！！
以前、生卵と燻製卵をいただいたことがあって、美味しかったので、、、
その卵（下川六○）をつかったプリン屋さんということで気になって行きました！
自分用と、贈り物用。
カラメル入っているの気づかず食べ終えてしまい、、、２個目も食べました！笑
カラメルなくてもとても美味しかったのですが、つけたらめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです！笑

地元北海道のお店が東京に上陸していました。北海道のものだから応援したくなるんですよね。2021年4月に新宿のぺぺにオープンしたのはあべ養鶏場 えっぐぷりんさん。北海道の北部に位置する下川町で作られているこだわりのプリンを販売しているプリン専門店なんですよ。
店舗は新宿以外にも立川、武蔵境、札幌にそれぞれあるからチェックしてみてください。ちなみにオンラインショップもあるからお店のページからお取り寄せすることもできますよ。

プリンは卵、甜菜などのすべてを北海道産の素材で作っています。添加物不使用で卵、甜菜、塩、牛乳をベースにチーズや珈琲を加えた北海道ちーずぷりんや白い珈琲ぷりんなんかもあります。
プリンって卵と牛乳が重要だから素材にこだわってると味が違うのがわかるんですよね。えっぐぷりんは卵の風味がしっかりするさっぱりとした風味のプリンなんです。
ちーずぷりんはクリームチーズのコクとなめらかさが堪能できるプリン。白い珈琲ぷりんは名前の通りプリンが黒くなくて白色なのにビックリしましたね。珈琲豆がプリンに入っているからほのかに珈琲の香りがして大人味のプリンに仕上がっていますよ。

外からのエスカレーター上がってすぐ。
季節限定のチョコ味もありましたが、
基本の3種類（えっぐぷりん、チーズ、コーヒー）と、燻製卵を買いました。
燻製卵は温泉水で半熟ゆで卵にしてからウッドチップで燻製にされたそうで、半熟の黄身の濃厚さと燻製風味がクセになる絶品でした。
えっぐぷりんの別添の？カラメルソースが見当たらなかったので、シンプルに食べたのですが、そのままでも充分、濃厚でほどよい甘さで美味しかったです。
3種の中ではチーズが1番好みでした。
次は季節限定のも食べてみたいです。

Is it attached to Eggpurin? I couldn't find the caramel sauce, so I ate it simply, but it was delicious as it was, with a rich and moderate sweetness.
Of the three types, cheese was my favorite.
Next time I would like to try seasonal ones.
