A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 和三盆糖のカスタード(定員さん曰く人気No.1)と日本酒のを買いました。シュークリームは、一つ一つ丁寧に袋に入れられていて、紐の色で味が識別できるようになっていました。まだ店も少なく珍しいので手土産などに良いかもしれないですね。日本酒のは結構香りがガツンときました。 I bought Wasanbon sugar custard (the most popular according to the capacity) and sake. The cream puffs were carefully put in a bag one by one so that the taste could be identified by the color of the string. There aren't many shops yet, so it might be a good souvenir. The aroma of sake was quite strong.

ひ	ひろぴろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビアードパパの和風&高級路線型店舗と聞き、気になっていたので初来店。芳醇の日本酒(300円)、さくら咲く桜餅(期間限定290円)、和三盆カスタード(250円)の3種を購入。シュー生地はサクサクふわっとした軽めの舌触り。日本酒は想像以上に日本酒の風味がブワッと来るので、お酒が苦手な方は避けた方が無難かも? でもクリームチーズと合う感じで美味しいと思った。桜餅は上に載った求肥が薄目なのでそこまでモチモチ感は感じられず…もう少し求肥を感じたかったかな? 桜風味のクリームは、他の方のブログの感想でも見たがまるでいちご?か果実が入っているかのような酸味を感じたが、あんこと合っていてコレは美味しいと思った。また、桜の葉が一枚使われているのは存在感を感じて、食べにくさは少しあったが個性的で良いのでは? 和三盆カスタードは自分の舌では既存のものとそこまでの違いが分からなかったがクリームはスッキリとしたやさしい甘さ、シュー生地にも和三盆が振りかけられている。お値段高めなのでしょっちゅう買わないかもだけど、また機会があれば期間限定品や今回買わなかったレギュラー品を買いに伺いたい。
