ロードのパーツを買いにいって衝動買いでした。
急だったにも関わらず快く対応していただき、とても気持ちよく買い物ができました。

ただ、アフターサービスは最低です。
買ってすぐにバッテリーが充電できなくなり、持っていったところ原因の特定に、時間がかかるといわれました。
そんなものは正常なバッテリーと巻きかえたらばってりーか車体側かの切り分けは容易に出きるのではと伝え、巻きかえてもらったらバッテリーが原因であると瞬殺で判明しました。技術力は限りなく低い印象を受け、今後の修理が不安になりました。
さらにその後、車体の組つけ時に締め付け不足が原因で走行中ペダルが外れました。
スタンドにも緩みがあり、スタンドの付け根がグラグラでした。
これはまともな整備できるスタッフはいないなと心底感じました。
当然、治してもらいましたが立て続けに迷惑をかけられているにも関わらず、ただ治すだけで洗車すらされていませんでした。
さらに不安だから全ての箇所の緩みを点検しろと伝えましたが、しばらく走っているとカタカタと音が発生して原因を調べると、バッテリーの受けの土台取り付けネジが、緩んでいました。
さすがに呆れてこのことを伝えることはありませんでしたが、もうここにお世話になりたくないと感じました。
長くなりましたが、このお店は売りっぱなしのアフターサービス適当という残念な評価となりました。
改善されることを切に願います。

I got the impression that the technical capabilities were extremely low, and I was worried about future repairs.
After that, the pedal came off while driving due to insufficient tightening when assembling the car body.
The stand was also loose, and the base of the stand was wobbly.
I really felt that there was no staff who could maintain this properly.
Of course, I was cured, but despite the fact that I was inconvenienced in quick succession, I was just cured and not even washed.
I was even more worried, so I told him to check all the loose parts, but after running for a while, a rattling noise was heard and when I investigated the cause, the base mounting screw for the battery holder was loose.
I was so surprised that I didn't tell you this, but I didn't want to be taken care of here anymore.
It's been a long time, but it was a disappointing evaluation that this shop is suitable for after-sales service.
I sincerely hope that it will be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入目的で来店し、自分の身体の悩みを相談しましたが取り合ってもらえませんでした。身長で決めるんで、とのみ。測定も試しにまたがるというのもない、購入してもらうしかない、と。ロードを取り扱っているお店は対応が良くない店が多いとは思っていましたが、かなりひどい対応で早々に出てきました。今思うと店側の知識が少ないのかもしれません。トレックというブランドに魅力があったわけではなく、質共に自分が満足できる物を探していましたので、購入後もちゃんとケアできる他店で買いました。
