自転車がパンクした時に初めての利用しましたが、素早く対応してくれました。
その後、自転車の調子が悪くて2回利用しましたが、リーズナブルかつ、熱心に対応してくださり助かってます。
我が家は購入店より、こちらでリピーターになってます。
