★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Starbucks with very small dining and sitting area that’s open to bank atm’s. Always crowded with housewives camping out for hours as they talk about whatever and it’s hard to get a seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Starbucks in Nagoya in my opinion. Nice personnel. Regular (meaning Excellent) Starbucks coffee and goods, as one expects. Very nice and intimate area in the back for listening to the music and sorting one's odds and ends on cellphone or portable. Adjoining bank terminals with at least one set up for international withdrawals. "The Kobeya Kitchen" French bakery accross the street and the "Mitsukoshi" depart. store's bakery and amazing food mall in the adjoining building. Air conditioned. Very busy on weekends but totally leisurely otherwise. This place has become one of my favorite hangouts in Hoshigaoka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matcha hot tea was delicious. Everything is well prepared. The strawberry shortcake drink actually tasted like strawberries! Yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This starbucks is very clean, but most of the time it's really crowded so if you want to find a spot first place one thing that's yours so you have a place to sit. For the most part the staff is really friendly and efficient. So I would definitely recommend getting your ice or hot drink here.
