練馬区役所本庁舎は20階建てのビルで、この付近ではかなり高いビル。最上階は展望フロアとして開放されています。
空気が澄んでいれば北関東の山並みまで一望できる景色が楽しめるようです。
地上からは見えない東京スカイツリーも見ることができます。
入場は無料。レストランが同フロアにあるので、景色を楽しみながら飲食も可能。
