★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 展望ロビーからの眺望はとてもきれいでした。また、すぐ下にＪＲ王子駅、京浜東北線、宇都宮線、高崎線、湘南新宿ラインに加えて新幹線が見下ろせます。自分がいたときにも小さい男の子が「あー、かがやき！金沢に行くやつ見えた～」と狂喜乱舞していました。
この17階にある「山海亭」というレストラン。ここからの眺望もとてもきれいでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料という事で、高校生くらいのカップルが多い展望ロビー。ちょっと行きづらいのですが、高層ビルや新幹線を含む電車が見られるので是非とも上がって欲しい？です。
ちなみに展望ロビーに行くにはエスカレーターには使わずに、受付脇のエレベーターの利用となります。

東京寄りには背の高いマンションが建ったため、景観はよくないです。ノンビリするなら戸田・大宮方面（北側）

北とぴあ(ホクトピア)17階にある無料の展望ロビー。
正面入口から入って、左手にあるエレベーター?で行けます。
西側には、富士山?が見える。実は、時期によってはダイアモンド富士(沈む)がみれるスポットでもあるが、自分は撮り損ねてしまった。
南側には、王子駅、飛鳥山公園、スカイツリーが見える。JRの在来線?や新幹線?、貨物列車、都電?、飛鳥山のアスカルゴ(小さなモノレール)まで見ることができる。 電車好きの人にもオススメ！
飛鳥山公園は春は桜?、秋は紅葉?も見られる。
東側には、筑波山や隅田川、団地、豊島橋、首都高などが見ることができる。
北側には、電車を中心に街並みを見ることができる。
西側には、レストランがあり展望スペースがない。レストラン内から景色を楽しむことができるが、現在、新型コロナの影響で夕方17時に閉まる。
南側、北側、東側には展望スペースがあり、100円で見られる望遠鏡がある。
比較的、人は少なく、ゆっくり過ごすことの出来る穴場スポットです。
窓ガラスが厚い事などもあり、照明の反射など、写真の撮影には工夫が必要！
トイレ?もある。
北とぴあ入口横には、長崎のものと同じ平和祈念像がある。

Free observation lobby on the 17th floor of Hoku Topia.
You can enter from the front entrance and take the elevator ? on your left.
Mt. Fuji ? can be seen on the west side. Actually, depending on the season, it is also a spot where you can see Diamond Fuji (sinking), but I failed to take a picture.
On the south side, you can see Oji Station, Asukayama Park, and Sky Tree. You can see JR conventional lines ?, Shinkansen ?, freight trains, Toden ?, and Asukayama Asukarugo (small monorail). Recommended for people who like trains!
In Asukayama Park, you can see cherry blossoms ? in spring and autumn leaves ? in autumn.
On the east side, you can see Mt. Tsukuba, the Sumida River, the housing complex, Toshima Bridge, and the Metropolitan Expressway.
On the north side, you can see the cityscape centered on the train.
There is a restaurant on the west side and there is no observation space. You can enjoy the view from inside the restaurant, but it is currently closed at 17:00 due to the influence of the new Corona.
There are observation spaces on the south, north, and east sides, and there is a telescope that can be seen for 100 yen.
It is a little-known spot where you can spend a relaxing time with relatively few people.
Due to the thick window glass, it is necessary to devise ways to take pictures, such as the reflection of lighting!

Next to the entrance to Hoku Topia, there is the same peace statue as that of Nagasaki.
