出発、到着の際共に、男性スタッフのみでしたが、とても親切な対応で、且つ迅速に作業が進められました。皆さんとても手馴れている印象でした。
機会があればまた必ず利用させて頂きたいと思います。
I have used the Toyota rental car stores at several locations so far, but this store was the most impressive customer service and service.
Both at departure and arrival, only male staff were able to work, but with very kind response, work was proceeded promptly. It was an impression everyone was familiar with.
I would like to use it again if there is opportunity.

場所も大通り沿いにあり出て行く時に店員さんが道を見てくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You come out from Higashi Shinjuku station through exit A1, cross E hotel, take right next to tully's coffee place stay on same side walk pass lawson then third building with a green sign exactly at bus station. They have Hertz rent a car service. Super friendly safe and speak some english however google translate comes in handy.
