J	JeeHoo Hwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have waited 1 hour and the reason why is my dad book a room but he want a other room then he can’t cancel the 1st room it was getting worst ine of the workers are trainee so it was a huge deal and she went to the back and get help but the other one said oh no then our room was canceled and went a other room but the guy said almost he called the manger.
F	Fredrik Orderud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were ant-like creatures crawling around in the bathroom. The staff didn’t even seem to bother when reporting the insect problem. Also, the matresses were far too thin for adults.

The not so good was the state of the hotel and rooms - due for renovations. But all in all I would recommend it as for an ‘airport’ hotel, I thought it was excellent.

We stayed in the Japanese style room, and while it looked clean and new, cleaning left a bit to be desired (dust, a prior occupant’s hair, etc.).
N	Niño Roldan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay if you have a long layover at Narita Airport as they have shuttles to and from Narita Terminals 1 and 2 (to go to Terminal 3 you would have to take a separate shuttle in Terminal 2). Rooms are clean and big. Excellent staff. Breakfast buffet definitely very good at 1800 jpy. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!
J	Jenjira Sawyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay 1 night before early plane ride. They have free shuttle but to and from airport and Aeon mall. Big room with sparate toilet and shower room. For the price I would recommend.

Stayed at This hotel again for 8 days, till 02/07/19 relex after stressful work, had room massage service. Good buffet breakfast, japanes and western. Free bus from hotel to Aeon mall/Aeon supermarket, or ¥210 circle bus to Aeon mall also available. Last evening line train, from Keisei Ueno station is 23:00 and cost ¥1,450, it takes about 1hr10minutes, it is a good idea to take 22:00 evening line train. From terminal 1 exit south,to bus stop 16, to take free LAST hotel's bus at 2430 to hotel. Taxi available too, cost under ¥2,000 to hotel.
