初めは近隣の店舗に実車がないので、試乗目的で遠方のこちらへ伺いました。
あまり出る車じゃないと聞いていたので少し不安がありましたが、担当してくださったKさんがとても丁寧に対応してくださいましたので、そのままこちらで契約。
面倒な問い合わせにも、しっかり回答頂きました。

At first, there was no actual car at a nearby store, so I visited this place far away for the purpose of a test drive.
I was a little worried because I heard that it wasn't a car that would come out very often, but Mr. K, who was in charge of it, responded very politely, so I signed up here as it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお世話になり、一生懸命作業するイメージで店員さんも感じ良くショッピングセンター内の為、今回は6ヶ月点検にて来店。
施設内で時間潰し待つこと4時間以上。流石に不審に思い店内に戻ると、店先に仕上がった車。店員に未だかと尋ねると暫くしてサービス担当者が駆け寄って来た。実際は、１時間半程度で作業終了していたとの事。ガッカリした。
今後同じ事の無い様に再発防止を徹底して頂きたいです。
The store clerk feels good with the image of working hard after being taken care of several times, so this time I visited the store after a 6-month inspection.
Waiting for more than 4 hours to kill time in the facility. When I returned to the store, I was suspicious of it, and the car was finished at the storefront. When I asked the clerk if it was still there, a service representative rushed in for a while. Actually, the work was completed in about an hour and a half. I was disappointed.
I would like you to thoroughly prevent recurrence so that the same thing will not happen in the future.

ホイールのスポーク部分まで磨いてくれて驚きました。

賀藤さんという方が担当で、この方が特に酷かった。
何度連絡しても返ってこないし、2週間後にようやく謝罪もなく返信みたいな感じ。
「やっておきます」と言われた仕事をやってもらった試しがなく、いつもこちらが聞いてから「私そんなこと言いましたか？」くらいの物言い。
1度や2度ではありません。
本当に残念で、最初の車検を迎える前にディーラーを変えました。
メンテナンスパックの返金を2週間以内にすると言いながらも2か月経った未だに連絡なし。
何度も電話してますけどね。
他の方もそんな感じでした。
両隣のディーラーはいい感じだったので、そちらをおすすめします。

No matter how many times I contacted him, he didn't get back, and after two weeks, he finally responded without apology.
I hadn't tried to get the job done when I was told "I'll do it", and after I always heard it, I said something like "Did I say that?"
Not once or twice.
I'm really sorry, I changed the dealer before the first scrutineering.
I said that the maintenance pack will be refunded within 2 weeks, but I haven't heard from him after 2 months.
I've called you many times.
Others were like that too.
The dealers on both sides looked good, so I recommend that.
