★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の中古車販売店で購入した車がハイブリッドの異常と出て取説で調べたらすぐにディラーで点検を受けて下さいとの事大倉山店に点検をお願いしたら修理の予定が二週間先までいっぱいとの事、よそで中古で購入した客は煙たそうなイメージです。レクサスで製造販売した車両は中古で他社で購入しても最後まで責任を持つもらいたいものです。

この先レクサスに乗ることはもうない。

I have been indebted to my husband's car since the opening, and I can trust it very much. The warm support of the staff in the showroom, which is always clean, is a very reassuring space for customers. The male staff is in charge, but the female staff feels good and has a wealth of knowledge. My husband wants to ask for Lexus here when I buy a new one next time. ただし他店の提案が私にピッタリでしたので都内店舗で即決購入しました。
とは言え、親切に対応してくださった事もあり、お礼にお伺い致しました。
今回は他所で決めたが、先日は色々とご丁寧にありがとうございました！とお話したものの、一気に態度変わりましたね。
「あっそ」と言わんばかりの態度。そこからは全く聞く耳も持たない。
他の営業さんは素晴らしいマネージャーさんの指導もあるので、どんな対応か分かりません。
次行く時は別の人に担当してもらいたい。
ここで(あの営業から)買わなくて良かったと少しばかり思って帰宅しました。

気分が悪くなりました。
違う言い方が無かったのかと思いました。
