★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は開放的かつ清潔で、待合スペースやドリンク類、wife環境も整っているので、1.5時間程度であれば十分快適に過ごすことが出来ます。
スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、とても良い店舗です。

ボトルキープだか何だか何かしら営業。
面倒なのでハイハイきいてたら、
後になって「現金ダメ」だの
オイルのボトルキープするなら
「車検証登録させろ」だの「？？？」なことだらけ…
…そもそもボトルキープ勧めたのそちらでしょ？
とどめに
「なぜオイル交換に車検証を登録？」と質問したら
「うちのルールです」
…いや理由を聞いてるんですけど…
わざわざそちらに合わせてるお客さんに
「うちのルール」とは呆れてしまいました。
トヨタはいい車ですが
ここはダメです。
自分なら絶対にここでは買いません。

ただし待合室には、写真のようにコロナの関係で雑誌・新聞など置いてありません。で、スマホを長い時間イジルには、無料Wi-Fiのサービスもないようです。
せめてテレビでも置いてくれてあると、長いこと待つにも楽なんですが……。

点検時にバッテリーの交換が必要と言われ、在庫がないから後日取り付けとなり、入荷連絡を受けたら再度取り付けの予約。それがまた取れない。
何とかならないの？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話して終わったらさっさと切られるけどあまり気分の良いものではない。
作業待ちでドリンクが飲めるのはいいが甘いものが多い。また浄水器か整水器かの水がにおいました。
一番気になる点は予約が取りにくいこと。
他店ではタイヤ交換やオイル交換など予約がすぐ取れる時が結構あるのに、ここはほぼ2〜4週間はざらに待ちます。
じゃあ、ここが悪いからその時に見れますか？って聞いたら次が詰まってるので必要以上は見れない、とお姉さん。直せとは言わないけどもうちょっと対応どうにかならんかな？
そして予約もうちょっと早く取れないかな…急ぎの時も2〜3週間待たされたらもう行く気無くなるわ。
