堀	堀内しおり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホイールのことでお世話になり、クレームを言いました。クレームを言う側も勇気を出してお店に伝えてるのに対応が悪く、すごく府に落ちません。私が『ワーゲンのスタッフの方々は作業で仕事してるんですね』と言いました。すると店長さんは『私共もお客様の顔を思い浮かべながら仕事をするというコンセプトで４月からやっているのですが、忙しかったりするとなかなか難しいんです』とおっしゃってました。私には言い訳にしか聞こえませんでした。大切な車を預けてお金も払ってるのに、忙しいからお客様の車を雑に扱っていいの？と… 確かに忙しすぎると余裕がでなくなるのは、わかります。ですが、お金を払う側からしたらそんなのそちらの都合だし作業で仕事をするなんて技術職からしたらあり得ないことだと感じました。そこを幹部や上の人間から、フロントの方までが工夫してムラのない技術とお客様目線で気持ちよく対応するのがプロの仕事だと思います。同じ技術職として、とても残念と感じました。 Volkswagen松本店には不信感しかありません。 I took care of the wheel and complained.
