★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小児科の受付の方が最悪でした。何度か子供のことで電話しましたが、確認します、ではなく、分かりません、出来ませんの一点張りで、理解できないので再度依頼したら、確認します、大丈夫でした、という話が何度もありました。最初から分かりませんが確認します、という対応をすべきです。気の弱い方だと、分かりません、という対応で、何も進展せず、治る病気も治りません。看護士さん、先生は良い方々が多いのに小児科の受付の方の対応には残念です。ホスピタリがなく、寄り添う、という対応が出来ない方でした。他にも受付の方がいますが、その人だけかもしれません。名前は伏せますが、トから始まる名前の女性の方です。仕事を変えられたほうが本人、来院される方にとって良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ前に家族が整形外科で手術しました。
入院期間中は主治医や他の先生方、看護師さん、理学療法士さんほか、スタッフの皆さんに大変良くしていただきました。
病室単位でトイレと洗面があり便利です。
1階のロビーは開放感があり、コンビニもあります。
病棟にも広々とした面会スペースがあり、家族もリラックスできました。
長引くコロナ禍で医療関係の皆さんは心身ともに大変な状況だと思います。
なんの協力もできませんが、せめて感染拡大をしないよう日々心がけて生活したいと思います。

During the hospitalization period, my doctor, other teachers, nurses, physiotherapists, and other staff members made a great contribution.
It is convenient to have a toilet and a washbasin in each hospital room.
The lobby on the first floor has a feeling of openness, and there is also a convenience store.
There was also a spacious visitation space in the ward, and the family was able to relax.
I think that the medical staff is in a difficult situation both physically and mentally due to the prolonged corona illness.
I can't cooperate with you, but at least I want to live my life so as not to spread the infection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肺気胸で救急車でこちらに運んで頂いたあと、真夜中の3時にも関わらずお医者さんがお家から駆けつけて下さいました。とても優しいお医者さんで、危機一髪のところで命を助けていただきました。処置の間看護師さんは手を握ってくれるなど対応の温かさに感動しました。
現在入院中ですが、対応して下さるどのお医者さん、看護師さんも親切で、薬剤師の方、麻酔科の医師の方、掃除の方まで優しいです。
初めての入院で不安がいっぱいでしたが、現在は安心して治療に専念できています。
毎食の料理も美味しく、わたしには量が多すぎるくらいボリューム満点です！
現在順調に回復しているので、あと数日で退院できると思います。退院するのが寂しいくらいですが、退院できるように頑張ります！
After being taken by ambulance with lung pneumothorax, the doctor rushed from my house even at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. He was a very kind doctor and saved his life in the face of a crisis. During the procedure, the nurse was impressed by the warmth of the response, such as holding her hand.
I am currently in the hospital, but all the doctors and nurses who support me are kind, and the pharmacists, anesthesiologists, and cleaning staff are also kind.
I was full of anxiety when I was hospitalized for the first time, but now I can concentrate on my treatment with peace of mind.
The food in each meal is delicious, and the amount is too big for me!
I'm recovering steadily now, so I think I'll be able to leave the hospital in a few days. I feel lonely to be discharged, but I will do my best to be discharged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors and nurses at City hospital. As I remember from a long stay in 2006 the hospital was much cleaner and the gardens were well kept. Not so in 2019, carpets are well in need of deep cleaning and the gardens are over grown. Sad! *** It is a wonderful hospital and I enjoy returning every 3 months for follow up checks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but praise for this hospital. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the hospital itself is very modern and easy to navigate.
After recently having 2 surgeries and staying for a week for each, I found the wards were spotless and peaceful. The nurses and staff really went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. Hospital food was very good. There is a Lawson convenience store in the foyer where you can buy food and medical supplies. There is also a hairdresser, cafe and various support centers. I also found the staff on the payment desks extremely helpful and courteous.
Some of the doctors do speak English and those that don’t have a translation device available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst. Save yourselves. How can you deny basic human care for someone who is literally dying on you doorstep? I was not even admitted in the waiting area. Kept me outside for 1 hour and I ended up leaving. If I could give this a 0 start I would. And I wouldn’t be surprise if many people died there unattended.
