★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整形外科に身内が入院した。手術の日、デイルームで待機していたがクーラーはついておらずとても暑い。
スタッフステーションに面談許可証を貰いにすみませんと声をかけたのにでっっかい声で雑談しててまるで無視
目が合ったナースもいたのに無視。
そして、要領の悪いオレンジの服を着たおばさんが対応
あれしろこれしろ紺色の服の奴らは指示をしていたが私には何一つ声掛けない。目の前にいるにも関わらず
実習生の方がちゃんとしている。
ここはやたらタメ口で話しているし要領も最悪。
こんな所で入院するのはオススメしない。
星をつけることすらしたくないレベル

外に出ると人が運ばれた形跡も何もない救急車と2人のスタッフらしき人がぶらーっと待っていた。やはり病院にも悪質なところもあるんだなと絶望した。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI検査で訪問。
検査なので全く不安は無かった。基本的にスタッフは間近で無駄に大声を出すので少々うるさい。事が進む際、スタッフと接する度にフルネームを聞いてくるため一回一回フルネームを答えなければならない。一回の通院で合計8回程行う。その作業は各所受付だけで良いと思う。
点滴の太い針を打った若い女性スタッフ(身長150cmぐらい)は上手で声量もうるさくなく、全てが丁寧であった。
病院にはほとんど行かない習慣なのでわからないが、紹介だった事もありスムーズに事が進んだ感じがした。
紹介がないと受け付けてもらえない等の噂もあるので紹介無い時は行くのを躊躇う。
他にコロナワクチン接種をしてもらった。1回目のスタッフは刺す時と抜く時どちらも痛かった。2回目はもちろん違うスタッフで刺す時も抜く時もそんなに痛くなかった。

As things go on, I have to answer the full name once every time I come in contact with the staff. Perform a total of 8 times in one visit. I think that the work can be done only at the reception desks at various places.
The young female staff (height about 150 cm) who struck the thick needle of the drip was good and the voice volume was not noisy, and everything was polite.
I don't know because it's a habit that I rarely go to the hospital, but I felt that things went smoothly because I was introduced.
There are rumors that it will not be accepted without an introduction, so hesitate to go when there is no introduction.
I also had a corona vaccination. The first staff hurt both when stabbing and when pulling out. The second time, of course, it didn't hurt so much when I stabbed and pulled it out with a different staff member.

皆さん親切にしてくださいました。
ただ50、60代の女性看護師のババア、
患者との私語めちゃくちゃうるさい。
なまってる声でどーでもいい話。
耳悪いのかなぁ。
他のスタッフはテキパキしててよかった。
赤ちゃんとの入院生活ババアのおかげでストレス溜まりまくりました。

家族が白内障手術後、3年以上外来にかかりましたが、視界の悪さ、視力の低下について、原因不明、問題はないので、地域の病院にかかれと切り捨てられました。途中で主治医も断りも説明もなく変えられていました。
厄介な患者でしたか?
日常生活には問題ないでしょうと医師は言うけれど、問題あるし、辛いからわざわざ外来にかかってるんですけどね?バカですか?
あと、診察の録音禁止との貼紙もあります。録音されたら何か不都合でもあるのでしょうか。
患者医師ともに録音なり、記録なり残した方が、誤解がなくて良いのではないでしょうか。
それに、自分が入院したときも、術後すぐの病棟の看護師の態度が最悪だった。
かなりプライバシーにかかわることなので、ここには書きませんが、恥ずかしい思いをさせられました。
ペインの先生は、家族に対してとても親身でありがたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のクリニックから予約してもらい、紹介状を持って産婦人科を受診した。
マスクは布マスクNGのよう。
窓口の女性から地図を受け取り産婦人科外来へ。
内科の待合室から溢れ出た人たちの間を通り産婦人科の待合室に行くと、高齢者でごった返していた。
こちらは眼科と待合室が共同の様子。
高齢者とその付き添いの方で大半を占めた待合室にポツポツと妊婦さんが窮屈そうに座っている感じ。
窓口の方が案内を間違えたようで、他のところによる必要があり、また内科の前を通り、用事を終え改めて受付。
問診を記入すると「血圧と体重を測ってください」と言われたが、測定器が見当たらない。
「どこで?」と聞くと無愛想に「こっちです」と案内された。
問診書かせてるんだから初診だってわからないのだろうか?
それから時間予約をしたのに1時間以上待たされ、やっと診察。
先生は親切そうだ。
3Dのエコーの画像をもらったので、きっと設備はいいものなんだろう。
ただ、先生用のモニターしかなく、それを覗き込む感じになるのでよく見えないし、首が痛い。
「気になることないですか?」と何度も声をかけてくれた。
その後、おそらく出産時にお世話になるであろう北3というところでお話を聞いたが、ここのナースは愛想が良くて安心した。
会計後に分娩予約の完了について話も聞いていない、紙ももらっていないことに気づき、確認してもらうと、産婦人科外来からこっちでやっときますんで、とのこと。
とりあえず感じた事は、外来はあまり来ない方がいいと、いう事。
窓口での案内ミスは仕方ないかもしれないが、あってはならないし、外来窓口の対応はもっと親身になるべき。
そして体調を気にする妊婦に内科の前を何度も通らせる動線もおかしいし、待合室が高齢者と同じ場所で椅子も狭いなんて産婦人科にあまり重きを置いていない姿勢が伺える。
(以前出産でお世話になった他の市立病院は産婦人科完全独立で椅子も産婦人科だけゆったりとしてフカフカだったし、何より外来窓口の事務も愛想が良かった。)
とりあえずできる限り外来ではお世話にならないようにしようと思った。

Don't you know if it's your first visit because you're giving me a questionnaire?
After that, I made a time reservation, but I had to wait for more than an hour, and finally I had a medical examination.
The teacher looks kind.
I got a 3D echo image, so I'm sure the equipment is good.
However, there is only a monitor for the teacher, and I feel like I'm looking into it, so I can't see it well and my neck hurts.
He repeatedly asked, "Are you worried?"
After that, I heard about the story at North 3, which will probably be taken care of at the time of childbirth, but the nurse here was friendly and relieved.
I haven't heard about the completion of the delivery reservation after the checkout, and when I noticed that I didn't receive the paper, I asked him to confirm it, and he said that he would do it from the obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department.
For the time being, I felt that it is better not to come to the outpatient department.
Guidance mistakes at the counter may be unavoidable, but they should not be, and the outpatient counter should be more friendly.
Also, the flow line that allows pregnant women who are concerned about their physical condition to pass in front of the internal medicine many times is strange, and the fact that the waiting room is the same as the elderly and the chairs are small suggests that the obstetrics and gynecology department is not so important.
(The other municipal hospitals that I had taken care of during childbirth were completely independent of the obstetrics and gynecology department, and the chairs were loose and fluffy, and above all, the office work at the outpatient department was very friendly.)
For the time being, I tried not to be taken care of in the outpatient department as much as possible.

がかなり怪しい点有り。
看護婦さんに確認して言われた指示通りに受付相談しにいくと、え?なんでこっちに相談しにくるの?と怪訝そうにされたりなど。(›´ω`‹ )
術後の経過観察で
診察の為台に座り、子宮内視鏡検査受けて始めた途端、診察室前の廊下の真ん中で通り過ぎ様こちらに挨拶全くなしに立ち話していた若い男性陣が急にバタバタ部屋に入ってきて(医者以外、手術等に一切関わって居なかった人達なので恐らく勉強としてか?)無言で内視鏡検査の様子を見てくる事もあり。
検査後、寝台から降り更衣スペースに入りカーテンを閉めるまで私を無言で見る男性陣。(診察のためこちらは下半身裸だしタオルすらもらっていない)
私は見世物かなんかか?と対応に不満が残りました。もっと丁寧に対応できなかったのか……。
患者以前に女性への対応があるでしょう。
そして医師の診断書簡易な項目なのに、ほぼ1ヶ月待ちという怠慢。

After the inspection, the men who got off the bed, entered the changing room, and silently looked at me until the curtain was closed. (Because of the medical examination, this one is naked in the lower half of the body and I haven't even received a towel.)
Am I a spectacle? I was dissatisfied with the response. Couldn't we respond more politely ...
There will be a response to women before the patient.
And even though it is a simple item on the doctor's medical certificate, I neglected to wait for almost a month.
