場所もわかりづらくもう少し明記が必要だと思われます。

病状が辛くて行ってるのだから、患者の不安を和らげるもの医者の役目だと思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が最悪です。がん検診の予約で電話したんですが、分からないから質問してるのに「はい？」みたいな対応ばかりでかなりムカつきました！まともに話せないなら電話に出ないで欲しいです。
Telephone correspondence is the worst. I made a phone call to make an appointment for cancer screening, but I didn't know, so I was asking a question, but all I could say was "Yes?" If you can't speak properly, don't answer the phone.
