早	早川幸宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前後駅に待避用の副本線が完成するまでは、各駅停車が特急急行待避で長時間停車していた悪名高い駅でした。駅東側には検車区があり、赤い電気機関車EL120型をよく見かけます。3面6線島式ホームで1,2番線は当駅始発折り返しで使用。西尾線急行が特別停車するので各駅停車との乗り換えは意外と便利が良い。以前は有人駅でしたが、10年以上前に無人駅になっています。橋上駅に改築した時に南口が開設されたが、夜は人気が無いのでちょっと怖い。 Until the detour main line was completed at the front and rear stations, each station was an infamous station that had been parked for a long time due to an express train evacuation.
