★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居前に鍵交換を依頼したのに、鍵が交換されてないことが住んでからわかった。入居してから1週間程した時、家に帰ってくると、自分が持ってるのは別の鍵が家の前にテープで貼ってあり、それを回すと鍵が開いた。自宅に他の人がいつでも入れたし、既に入られてたかもしれない。鍵が貼られてなかったらずっと気付かなかったと思うと恐怖でしかない。

社是には「私利を追うな」と書いてありますが、
私利のためにしか動かない、言いません。
不動産業者は「見た目は弁護士、心は詐欺師」と言われますが、
その言葉にピッタリの不動産業者という印象です。
今回起こった事象の一部になりますが、南向きなので、内見時には日当たりが良いと話を伺っていましたが、
実際に住んでみると目の前のマンションのせいでほとんど日は入らない状態です。
入居時には「しっかりとクリーニングいたします」と説明がありましたが、
初めて部屋に入った時は業者のものと思われるゴミやスリッパがそのままであったり、
部屋の電気がつけっぱななしと、とても不快でした。
グループの管理会社のアレップスの対応もかなり悪いです。
2度と仕事をお願いしたくない会社です。
