・レスポンスの早さ（いつ連絡しても何故かいつも早かったです。）
・親しみやすい御人柄（馴れ馴れしい訳じゃ無いです。）
・紹介物件数の多さ（やっぱり沢山の中からしっかり選びたいじゃないですか。）
・ニーズの汲み取り（的外れな物件いくら紹介されても煩わしいだけじゃないですか。）
・事務所の雰囲気（殺伐としてると居心地悪いし、話しにくいじゃないですか。）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去時問題が多い、1DK退去費用が30万ほど請求する。
綺麗な状態でも請求するし、サインしないと立ち会いが終わらないと脅迫を普通にする、他の不動産会社や退去時トラブル相談するところも支払う必要ない汚れを全部交換が必要だっとする会社。
契約時は問題を感じない可能性があるけど、退去時問題が発生するから最初から契約しない方が良い。

高橋という若い男の担当でした。
パッと見は、爽やかそうなスタッフでしたが、いざ家を探していると「不安材料あるなら見ない方がいいですよ」「ここで決めると思ったら見に行く方がいいですよ」「色々見ると悩むので今回は内見せず見送りましょう」などと、こちらが見たい物件があると言っているにも関わらず、どうしても内見したく無さそうでした。そもそも悩んでるから見に行って確認したいのに。本人の口調は丁寧ですが、内見に連れて行くのがめんどくさそうで雰囲気に出ていました。家族連れがめんどくさいんですかね？そんなに嫌ならその仕事をやめません？
非常に不快でした。せっかく見たかった物件ですし、休みも無駄になりましたし、イライラする最悪の休日でした。

対応は明るく親切でいいですが、条件の汲み取り方や、物件の探し方はが上手くはなかったです。
内見は積極的に「行こう！」という感じではなく、悩んでるなら後日...という感じ。
確認すると言ったことを確認し忘れたり、私には合わなかったです。
