★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借りた物件に瑕疵があり、大家責任で修理を依頼したところ、半年以上放置された。不動産屋は仕事をきちんとしないし、怠慢甚だしい。

スタッフさんは当たりハズレありますが、親切な人多い印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居している物件の騒音問題や大家の管理問題に真摯に対応できない不動産屋。簡単なフィードバックや対策の構築も何もできない。不動産屋は信頼関係という土台で成り立ってるビジネスモデルであるのを前提としてない。関東では稀な不明瞭でトラブルの元になる敷引特約(敷金は一切返還しませんという条項)を契約書に盛り込んでくるので、注意が必要。不動産に対して無知の人をだまし込んでいるという印象しかない。契約の際は不動産に強い人や宅建所持の人を連れ行くのがベター。独立して自分がどれだけ会社を大きくしたとかが重要ではなく、もう少し顧客に歩み寄った不動産ビジネスを真摯にお勉強なさるのが吉と存じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先程物件を探しにお店に伺ったところ、年配の女性が接客をしてくれました。店舗を探していましたが予算の倍の価格の物件一つしか紹介されず、もう少し安いところを‥といったら、「あんたには覚悟がない。こんないい物件に入らないならあんたは絶対に失敗する」と、永遠にこき下ろされました。他にはないですか？と質問すると、「他の不動産屋行って見てきなさい、これ以上の物件は絶対ない！」と怒鳴られました。最後に「あんたは今の自分に満足していて闘争心もなんにもないね。私は43歳で独立してこんなに会社を大きくしたよ。」と自慢話をしていました。こんな不動産屋さん初めてで、非常にショックをうけました。こちらでお部屋探しをするのは本当にお勧めしません。他のスタッフの方ならいいのかもしれませんが。。なんかとても嫌な気持ちになりました。ちなみに、他の不動産屋さんでとてもいい条件の店舗がみつかりました！紹介されたあんなひどい物件にしなくて本当によかったです。

全員がってわけではありませんが、一部めちゃくちゃナメてきます。まず電話のマナーがない。(友達でも知り合いでもないのにタメ語で話してきます)毎回気分悪いです。出来ることなら他の不動産で契約すればよかった。
