★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十和田湖の主になった青龍権現＝南祖坊がその上で修業したと言われる、自籠岩は十和田湖の有名な乙女の像の先にあります。岩場が多いのですが、赤テープを頼りに行けば迷わないはず。鳥居の場所からは上に登ることになります。ツアーを運営している人の話では危険なため岩の上に行くにはツアーを利用してほしいとのこと。
鳥居の脇には朽ちた看板に「この下に青龍神社あり」とあります。私は鳥居の場所から湖畔に降りても神社は発見できませんでしたが、Youtubeを見ると、湖畔沿いにさらにすこし北上すると「青龍神社 正福龍大神」という小社があるようです。

A rotten sign next to the torii says, "There is a Seiryu Shrine under this." I couldn't find the shrine when I got off the torii to the lakeside, but when I look at Youtube, it seems that there is a small shrine called "Seiryu Shrine Masafukuryu Okami" when I go north along the lakeside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自籠岩までは赤テープの目印が多いため、登山経験がある方であれば道は迷わないと思います。
自籠岩は以前まで鉄製の梯子がありましたが撤去されていました。
去年の写真をみると木製の梯子がかかってましたが、それも撤去されているため一番上にはいけませんでした。
本来あるはずの梯子を撤去するのはちょっと勝手すぎではないかと思います。
そして梯子を撤去して登れない状況であるなら登山者に情報を掲示するべきです。

Looking at last year's photo, there was a wooden ladder, but it was also removed so I couldn't reach the top.
I think it's a little too selfish to remove the ladder that should have been there.
