Their frying technique of “ten-pura” 天ぷら menu has a room of improvement as their skin “衣” is not crisp and light enough “カリッと揚がってない" "衣が重い". [Follow up 2019] I came back once for another dinner, and I was surprised their quality and skill for "ten-pura 天ぷら" got improved a lot!! Now I give it a "four stars". They serve a small size French Sparkling wine and that is a big plus. Highly recommended.
