★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今はきれいに整地されて公園になっていますが、震災の前ここは住宅地でした。周囲にあるのと同じような区画が広がっていました。100軒以上の家が津波で押し流されて更地になりました。道路も引き直して跡形もなくなりましたが。写真は震災直後のこの場所です。この付近では３人亡くなってます。
 It is now a well-organized and parked area, but it was a residential area before the earthquake. The same parcels spread around. More than 100 houses were swept away by the tsunami and cleared. Although the road has been redrawn, there are no traces. This is the place right after the earthquake. Three people have died around here.

海の近く(手前)なので風がよく吹いています。
平地で障害物がほとんど無い為、ドローンやラジコン飛行機を飛ばすのに適していると思います。
You can see the sea by climbing the embankment.
Because it is near the sea (in front), the wind is blowing well.
Since there are almost no obstacles on flat ground, I think it is suitable for flying drones and radio-controlled aircraft.

以前は、どんな感じだったのか…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても開放感のある公園です。遊具は滑り台2つほどで、広大な空と敷地を楽しむ空間と思います。2011年の大震災後巨大な堤防ができ、次に大津波が来たとしても必ず街には津波を入れさせない、という強いメッセージを来訪者に与えるのではないでしょうか。園内の小高い山も非常に空間にフィットし、一人ひとりの思いが込められているようで印象的です。風が強くなければ巨大堤防を上まで登って太平洋を見渡して想いに浸ってみてはいかがでしょうか。日々些細なことに悩んでいるとしたら特にオススメです。自分が生きていること自体に感謝の気持ちが湧いてきてリセットされ勇気をもらえるな、といつも思える、そんな神秘的な公園です。
It is a very open park. The playset is about two slides, and I think it is a space where you can enjoy the vast sky and the site. After the 2011 Great Earthquake, a huge embankment was built, and even if the next big tsunami comes, I think it will give visitors a strong message that the city will not be allowed to enter the tsunami. The small mountains in the park also fit the space very well, and it is impressive that each person's thoughts are put into it. If the wind is not strong, why not climb the huge embankment to the top and look out over the Pacific Ocean and immerse yourself in your thoughts. Especially recommended if you are worried about trivial matters every day. It's a mysterious park where you can always feel gratitude for being alive and not be reset and courageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キレイな人工芝のサッカー場があります。遊具は無いですが、広い広場があります。
海の近くなので風が強いです。
天気が良い日は蔵王もよく見え、景観が良いですね。
近くにお店もあり、はらこ飯やほっき飯が有名。
There is a beautiful artificial turf soccer field. There are no playsets, but there is a large open space.
The wind is strong because it is near the sea.
When the weather is nice, you can see Zao well and the scenery is good.
There is also a shop nearby, and Harako rice and Hokki rice are famous.
