A yakitori restaurant in Ningyocho recommended by a gourmet acquaintance. It is about 3-4 minutes walk from Ningyocho Station and Suitengumae Station. I went there on Friday night without a reservation, but the store was almost full. Since the next reservation is in place, we have prepared a counter seat for 1 hour only because it is only 1 hour. The menu is reasonably priced from 170 yen to 250 yen per skewer. I can't stand the chewy texture peculiar to Hatsu and the moderate amount of salt. It is one skewer that makes alcohol very popular. ・ Sled This is a menu recommended by regulars. The lenticel is crispy and salty, the body is very thick, and when chewed, juicy fat spreads throughout the mouth. This was really delicious. ・ Lantern It goes well with SNS and is a popular lantern in the yakitori world these days. Two eggs are luxuriously attached, and the moment you chew it, it's stuffy in your mouth! And the yolk pops. The taste is also very rich, and the quality is comparable to that of famous stores. ・ Ground ball Juicy meatballs. It has a nice texture because it contains nankotsu, and it goes well with sauce. This is also one skewer where alcohol goes on quite a bit. ・ White liver roast A dish of white liver with green onions and sesame oil. As you can see from the photo, the amount is quite large, so I did a very luxurious thing of eating white liver by myself. I think that 650 yen is a great deal with this amount. ・ Torihada Chazuke This is also a dish recommended by regulars. I don't like Ochazuke so much, so I ordered it without being too enthusiastic, but I was disappointed in a good way when I saw what came out. It is made with a special chicken plain hot water soup, not tea. A miscalculation that is too happy for me who loves chicken plain hot water. The soup is very rich and goes very well with rice. The salted kelp contained in it and the yuzu pepper added in the middle also have a nice taste. The cost is too high for less than 4,000 yen, including the general comment, delicious yakitori and one dish, and even the final taste. The store was full and it was a very popular store that refused to come to customers many times. I think I can come with various members here, so I will visit you regularly. It was a feast.

I ordered a hot pot course, but the volume is too good for the cospa. The pot alone will fill you up. The onions and meatballs in the pot were especially delicious. The letter shabu that comes out from the middle is also refreshing. Champon is recommended for closing! Yakitori has excellent hearts. I don't like liver so much, but it was delicious here! It was a shop that I would like to introduce to my friends.

It was refused that there was no reservation when customers came in one after another. Yakitori is really delicious! The grilled chicken with yuzu kosho is exquisitely delicious! There is no dry feeling at all. Anyway, there are various parts of chicken, and most of them didn't know lol The chicken soup is also the best to finish. I can't eat ramen after drinking it, so this is enough. There is a wide variety of sake, and all are delicious and easy to drink. This is the shop I want to visit again!
