人形町駅から歩いて3分ぐらいにある焼き鳥の有名店「ももふく」。飲みに行きたかったと思いつつ、今回ランチで初めて入店。焼き鳥とそぼろのお重と鳥スープ、お新香のメニュー一品のみが昼のメニュー。900円ご飯の量が選べる。大盛をチョイス。2階もある店内はこじんまりしながらも落ち着いた雰囲気。現在はコロナ対策で、カウンターは全て仕切板あり。目の前が焼き場だったので、雰囲気も楽しめましたが、着丼して、びっくり。ボリュームがありつつ、焼き鳥と、そぼろが綺麗に揃っていて、何よりお肉もそぼろも優しい味(控えめながら甘じょっぱい感じ)。でもご飯が進むのでしっかりとした味でもある。スープも美味しいく、非常に満足できました。比較するものではないと思いますが、人形町のおが和が「剛」なら、ももふくは「柔」みたいなw。感謝。 あと、13時前に完売しちゃう様なので注意。

平日12時20分頃に伺うと満席。でもタイミング良く5分程で入れました。 ご飯の量だけ聞かれました。 熱々のお茶と布のおしぼり。今時珍しい(笑) 隣の女性達が食べ終わったのに、ずっとお話していて、後から来店する何人もの人が満席と言われていて、気の毒。と思ったら、15分くらいかかって着丼。お隣さん達もまだでした。 炭火で丁寧に焼くので、時間のないランチタイムは厳しいかも。お隣さんもかきこむように慌てて食べてました。 しかし、その炭火焼の伊達鶏が最高に美味しい。焦げていたネギはご愛嬌? 薬味は抹茶と見間違える程、緑鮮やかな山椒。香りの良さと味わいに感激しました。 残念なのは、濃厚な鶏白湯スープがぬるい。子供用?と思うくらい。 食べ終わって店の外に出たら、13時前でしたが売り切れの文字。 さすが人気店です。 ご馳走様です。

平日ランチで訪問。 12時前にもかかわらずほぼ満席。 1F→4人テーブル1卓、カウンター7-8席。 2F→あるようですが座席数分からず。 ちょうどカウンターが2つ空いていてin。 メニューは焼き鳥重の1種類で900円。 ご飯の量は、少なめ、普通、大盛から選択。 大盛注文。 店内は炭火焼きの香ばしい匂いか程よい。 待つ事10分着丼。 大盛のためこんもりと蓋が閉まらない感じ。 蓋を開けるとそぼろと焼き鳥、ししとうが盛られたお重。綺麗。 そぼろは甘辛、味も濃くなく丁度良く、たっぷり厚めの盛り。 焼き鳥は、つくね、ねぎまなどタレ系はしっかりした焼き加減で香ばしく、ムネの塩系はレア目で柔らかく丁寧に乗せられたワサビと合わせ美味。 こはんも若干固めでそぼろタレの染み込み具合もあまり無く自分好み。 鳥の白湯スープも濃厚だがしつこく無く旨い。 また行きたいお店、 夜も。。。
