D	Diego Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and traditional yakitori place. They have course of 5 types or individuals which is good when you don’t like something in specific. Also they have English menus. There is not many options in the menu though, but the ones they have are very high quality.
R	Ryan Okamura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has some of the best Yakitori I have ever had. A while ago my brothers and I were walking around looking for a place in Nihonbashi to eat. We did want Yakitori. After a short search Edoji was close to where we were so it was the winner. Went there and fell in love. The chicken thigh Yakitori is so amazing. Simple seasoning and cooked over charcoal, you cannot go wrong. They also have a minced meat stick grilled over charcoal its almost like a meatball on a stick. The flavors are deep. The only negative is that this place sells out quickly. By the time 6:00PM arrives you may have limited options. So I suggest going a little earlier. All in all this is one if not the best Yakitori place I have come across so far. Highly recommend!
K	Kentaro Mitsuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's by the bar. Came in here around 7:20pm on Friday night. Crowds are all businessmen and women. Shacho and bucho class (ceo and managers). Yakitori chef is so busy grilling each piece. Salting it, flipping it, plating it, serving it and even checking order sheets to make sure orders are set. They will serve you their free starter: ohitashi (cold spinach on dashi - very fresh and good), collagen soup. And will ask you for beverage first while waiting for your yakitori.
R	ROSRO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Edoji a couple of trips back but honestly haven't kept up with reviewing things. But since I have time, here it goes. The first time I visited Edoji (been about 5 times now) it was amazing. The food was fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned. We also came at the perfect time, there wasn't a lot of people but it was also before the dinner rush. The downstairs seating (I haven't been upstairs yet) seats about 8 or 9 people. It is counter-top seating and you are able to watch the kitchen staff and chef prepare your meal. All the meat and sticks are prepared over actual charcoal so it gives you a real deep flavor. Yakitori is a "must have" when we visit Japan and Edoji has made it to my "must return" list. FOR first time visitors you have to arrive as they open as the inventory does not last very long. The items I regularly order are: 1. Minced chicken drumstick (they mince chicken and create almost like a meatball on a Yakitori stick). It is amazing 2. Chicken thigh or breast. Almost ALWAYS juicy and so flavorful 3. Chicken skin 4. Asparagus 5. Green Onion The next trip I make I'll be broadening my horizons here but until then those are what I highly recommend. For oversees visitors (like myself), they accept credit card and cash. They have english speaking staff (limited) and english menus. Last but not least, try the dipping causes / spices they are super good and add an additional layer of flavor to the food.
