焼酎が中心だけど、飲み物も色んな種類があって、自分の好みに合わせて勧めてくれる。
〆も最高です。

店主が芋焼酎好きだそうで、レアな焼酎が沢山置いてあります。
料理の方は、どれも美味しく、近所にあるこちらとの御縁が有難かったです。

今回はオススメの塩鶏そばと柚子胡椒ごはん950円をチョイス、鶏と酒というくらいなので、期待が膨らみます！
塩鶏そばは鶏ガラスープのあっさり味で、白鬚ネギと万能ネギ、鶏のササミがタップリ入り、麺は細めです。麺を食べ終わったら、柚子胡椒ごはんを投入して雑炊風にして楽しめます。お腹いっぱいになりました！ごちそうさまでした?

◆間取り…入って右に４人テーブル×1、３人テーブル×1、２人テーブル×1、奥に7席のＬ型カウンター。カウンター前に厨房。
◆運営…厨房に男性１人、厨房+接客に女性１人。BGMはサザンオールスターズなどのJPOP。
◆料理…塩鶏そばは、ネギと細く裂いた鶏肉と細麺の組合せが繊細に融合していて、スープもコクがあるけど重くなくて美味しかった。唐揚げは、値段の割にはサラダも付いていて嬉しかった。
