★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 茨城県南界隈だと、美味しいそばを食べようと思ったら石岡辺りまでドライブすることになりますが、取手でも美味しいそばを堪能できるのがこのお店です。ドライブも楽しみたい時は頑張って石岡まで出向きますが、美味しいそばだけ食べたい、ってときにはこちらを利用しておりまして、夫婦そろってお気に入りのお店です。
茨城のお店ですが、長野県八ヶ岳山麓のそば粉を使っているそうです。
売り切れで早めに店じまいすることもたまにあります。あと、土日営業のお店ですが、たまに土日にお休みすることもあるので、遠方から訪問される方は事前に電話でご確認されることをオススメします。

When I want to enjoy a drive, I go out to Ishioka, but when I want to eat only delicious soba, I use this shop, and the couple is my favorite shop.
It is a store in Ibaraki, but it seems that it uses buckwheat flour at the foot of Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture.
Sometimes it is sold out and the store is closed early. Also, although the shop is open on Saturdays and Sundays, it is sometimes closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so if you are visiting from afar, we recommend that you check in advance by telephone.

野菜天ぷらそばの大盛を頼みました。
つゆが自分の好みで美味しく、量も多くて満足です。
天ぷらもサクサクでとても美味しかったです。

I ordered a large serving of vegetable tempura soba.
The soup is delicious to my liking, and I am satisfied with the amount.
The tempura was also crispy and very delicious.

他ではあまり見たことのない、軍鶏のつけ汁や軍鶏南ばんがありました。
軍鶏つけ汁蕎麦を食べましたが、火を通しすぎてたのか軍鶏肉としても堅くなりすぎてました。
ほんとに狭い一方通行の道を通らないといけなかったり、?️も狭いので大きな車での訪問は考えた方がいいかもです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼過ぎに伺ったのですが、私達でお蕎麦が終了でした。初めての方は、田舎、せいろ両方食べられる合いもりをお勧めいたします。本当にとっても美味しいお蕎麦でした。蕎麦湯もおいしく楽しめました。
I visited after noon, but we finished the soba noodles. For the first time, we recommend you to eat both the countryside and the bamboo steamer. It was really delicious soba. I also enjoyed the soba hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は普通の民家ですが、八ヶ岳山麓から仕入れた蕎麦粉を使った本格的な蕎麦をいただける隠れ家的なお店。にしんそばをいただきましたが美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合いもりそばと野菜天ぷらそばを注文しました。せいろは細くて腰もあり美味しい蕎麦です。田舎は少し太くて黒い蕎麦です。どちらもとても美味しかったです。人気店らしく開店と同時に満席になりました。駐車場が３台程度しか停められませんので開店前から行くのをお薦めします。
I ordered aimori soba and vegetable tempura soba. Seiiro is a delicious soba with a thin, chewy texture. The countryside is thick and black soba. Both were very delicious. It seemed to be a popular restaurant, and at the same time it was full. It is recommended to go before the store opens as only 3 parking lots can be parked.

残念なのは土日しかやってないんですよね。
注文から出てくるまでは結構時間がかかりますが、美味しいので許せます。
この辺りは昔からの蕎麦屋がいくつかありますが、接客態度がダメだったり、蕎麦自体がスーパーで買ってきた？みたいなのばかりでがっかりだったんですが、こんな一本裏に入ったところに美味しい店があったとは！！
