特筆すべきは店内の雰囲気ですね、志賀直哉をはじめとする白樺派の時代にタイムスリップしたかのようです。
開店前にはご主人の蕎麦切りを拝見する事が出来ました。
まずは極荒そばを食べたのですが、饂飩のように太く非常にこしがあり他では食べたことのないものでした。
惜しむらくは気軽に食べるには価格が高いことです、ただその価値はあります。
I received Tenseiro (one piece) ¥ 1600 & Gokuara Soba ¥ 800.
What should be noted is the atmosphere inside the store, which seems to have slipped back in time to the Shirakabaha era, including Naoya Shiga.
Before the store opened, I was able to see my husband's soba noodles.
First of all, I ate extremely rough soba, but it was thick and very chewy like udon noodles, and I had never eaten it anywhere else.
Unfortunately, it's expensive to eat casually, but it's worth it.

お薦めのセイロ、田舎のセットを頂きました。
セイロ蕎麦は、嫌な粉味が無く水だけで食せる美味しいお蕎麦ですが 、腰が弱く噛み心地がいまいちでした。
田舎蕎麦は太めの藪の様で、噛み心地、風味、後味が良く、美味しいお蕎麦でした。
どちらの蕎麦も、技術の高さがうかがえるものです。

I got a recommended set of Seiro and the countryside.
Seiro soba is a delicious soba that has no unpleasant powdery taste and can be eaten only with water, but it has a weak waist and is not comfortable to chew.
The countryside soba was like a thick bush, and it was delicious with good chewing, flavor, and aftertaste.
Both buckwheat noodles show the high level of technology.

ご夫婦で切り盛りしているようです。
開店時間を待って、入店しました。
後から後からお客さんが来店されあっという間に、満席。
お蕎麦は、香りがあって美味しくいただきました。
もりそば、鴨汁つけ蕎麦、蕎麦がきを二人で注文。
蕎麦がきを鴨つけ汁で食べると更に美味しいよ。と店のご主人から言われ食しました。

I waited for the opening time and entered the store.
Customers came to the store later and it was full in no time.
The soba was delicious with aroma.
Two people ordered Morisoba, soba with duck juice, and soba noodles.
It's even more delicious if you eat sobagaki with duck juice. I was told by the owner of the restaurant and ate.

お蕎麦はもちろん天ぷらも美味しかったです。おそばのつゆのかつお出汁が良かった。
お店はお二人で切り盛りされているので、ピークの時間を外した方が料理の提供が早くなると思います。
I got a bamboo steamer!
Not only soba but also tempura was delicious. The soup stock of bonito soup stock was good.
The restaurant is run by two people, so I think it's faster to serve food when the peak hours are off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing classic soba stop. The restaurant itself is very classic and got nice unique ambience.
Soba was also really good. They have 4 different kind of soba and the ones I tried was very unique. Really thick one is supposed to be eaten with salt with emphasis the flavor of soba itself.
Their soba-yu is really thick and full of soba flavor too. Very nice place indeed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An hour being served since arrived at the shop. But, worth to spend this time for thier Soba noodles. Nice texture, flavor and variety of noodle types to enjoy. Sobayu with Yuzu is also amazing in the end. Never had thick soup like this before. It's like creamy soup.
