お	おじんの徒然日記 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雨宿り蕎麦屋軒先きひるげ待ち 7月としては26年ぶりに25度未満の日が 5日続いたニュース横目に雨の6号から８号にアクセル踏んで、、、「手打ち蕎麦胡庵」さんにお邪魔です。最初から頼むの決めていましたので、、、すんなり注文。「せいろ」と「そばがき」ある程度のお蕎麦屋さんに行くと我がマストフードは「そばがき」になりますね、、、お昼どきですがそれほどお客さんはいません。程なくまずはそばがきが配膳です。熱々のそばがきは蕎麦の風味が熱くても感じられるから好きですねー！海苔にまく、薬味とお汁でいただく、、、こらのは柔らかくねっとりですね。? そばがきを楽しんでますと、「せいろ」登場です。体が温まったところに、冷たいせいろです。口当たりよし、喉越しよし、腰よし、、、流石にそば粉と水のみで打った十割そば、美味しいお蕎麦です。漬け汁はそれほど濃くなく、少し甘いのかな？自分としてはこのお蕎麦ならもう少し濃いめの角立ったのが好きかな？締めの蕎麦湯も好みのとろみのある蕎麦湯、、、やっぱりこのお汁がいいのかな？飲み干す蕎麦湯も美味い? ご馳走さまでした！せいろ¥850、そばがき¥950(ともに税込）駐車場が一台しか停められないのでご注意です。 Rain shelter Soba shop first Waiting for the sun A day of less than 25 degrees for the first time in 26 years as July On the news side which lasted 5 days, I stepped on the accelerator from No. 6 to No. 8 of the rain ,,, "Hand-made soba pepper" is a bother. ま	まーさんまーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/31日、年越しソバを食べに行きました。天せいろ大盛を注文。（確か1780円位かな。大盛は＋３００円だったような）天ぷらは季節のお野菜中心で美味しかったです。海老は２本入ってました! 蕎麦は私好みでとっても美味しくあっという間に平らげてしまいました。２０２１年の最後にこんなに美味しい食事が出来て幸せです。また来年も頑張れる! ちなみに、小学生以下の子はお断りされてましたよ。 On December 31st, I went to eat New Year's Eve. T	Taro Hamazaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のお昼に食べに行きました。大通り沿いにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。乳児・未就学児は入店できないのでお気をつけください。店内はそれほど広くはないもののテーブルが間隔よく並べられており、窮屈には感じません。清潔感があり、落ち着ける空間です。女性の店員さんがホールを回しているのですが、とても綺麗なお辞儀をする方です。あれほど丁寧で綺麗なお辞儀をする方にひさしぶりに出会いました。あのお辞儀だけでも一見の価値ありです。本日頼んだのはせいろとふきのとうの天ぷらです。初めてふきのとうの天ぷらを食べたのですが、独特な苦味があり大人な味でしたw　蕎麦はきめ細やかな蕎麦で上品な感じがしました。量は少なめなので食べざかり男子はぺろっと2,3枚は平らげてしまうでしょうw 美味しかったです。お辞儀もお蕎麦にも満足です！駐車場は見つからなかったですが、→のポップがあったので近くにあると思います。支払いは現金のみです。 I went to eat at noon on Saturday.
