★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼きそば•もんじゃ•お好み焼きを自分で焼いて食べるスタイルの店です。
メニューから具材を選んで頼むと、材料を皿やお椀•ボウル(サイズや物により違う)に乗せて出されます。
油•ソースの位置•簡単な説明はありますが、後は作り方が分かる前提で中へ行ってしまいます。
どうしても分からなかったり、料理が苦手ならお願いすれば夫婦のどちらかがやってくれます。
テレビが１台上に設置されてますが、よくあるチャンネル固定&流しっぱなしではなく、奥さんの見たいものを流しているようです。
自分が行った時はオリンピックをやっていて、ちょこちょこチャンネルを変えては色んな競技を見ていました。
真面目に見るといきなり変えられる時のショックが大きいので、BGM程度に考えればいいでしょう。
また、お会計時のレシート等は基本的に無く、頼めば手書きで領収書や頼んだ品物の表を貰えます。
機会があればまた行きたいです。

When I went, I was playing the Olympics, and I changed channels and watched various competitions.
If you look at it seriously, you will be shocked when you can change it suddenly, so you should think about it as BGM.
In addition, there is basically no receipt at the time of payment, and if you ask, you can get a receipt by hand and a table of the ordered items.
I want to go again if I have a chance.

値段も良心的でなにより味が格別においしい。
焼き加減も注文に合わせて絶妙に焼いてくれます。
If you ask, the proprietress will carefully cook the okonomiyaki one by one.
The prices are conscientious and the taste is especially delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月末で、残念ですが閉店します。浜松のお好み焼きと言ったらとらやさんでした。55年間お疲れさまでした。お体を大切に今後の人生楽しんでいただきたいです。

ここ、入り口がかなり勇気入ります。でも、入ったらとってもいいご夫婦が迎えてくれます。愛想は決していいわけではないけど、お好み食べている間に人柄の良さを感じることができます。
遠州焼きが食べられるが、お母さんに尋ねた方が無難。
焼き方も含め、教えてくれます。
サービスレベルは田舎の穏やかなご夫婦が二人で細々やってるって感じなのであまり期待しないでください。むしろそういうB級グルメを楽しむつもりで入っていただけたら。
Good old-fashioned shop.
Here, the entrance is quite courageous. However, a very nice couple will welcome you when you enter. The amiability is not good at all, but you can feel the goodness of your personality while eating your favorite.
You can eat Enshu-yaki, but it's safer to ask your mother.
It will teach you how to bake.
The service level is like a calm couple in the countryside doing small things together, so don't expect too much. Rather, I would like you to come in with the intention of enjoying such B-grade gourmet.

遠州焼きとは、お好み焼きに沢庵が入ってるものらしいです。
生地が甘めでした。
ソースより醤油がオススメみたいです。
お店のトイレが和式だったので膝の悪い人は大変かなと思いました。
