掘り炬燵の足元めっちゃ汚かったです。
蜘蛛の巣張ってたし爪楊枝落ちっぱなしだし。
座席も埃とか小虫の死骸だらけで掃除が全く出来てない。
オマケに女の子店員の態度悪

席についてから呼び出しボタンをおして初めに注文を取りに来るまで10分ほど
それから初めに頼んだドリンクが運ばれてくるまでに20分
初めに頼んだ鍋が来るまでに１時間
そのままラストオーダーを聞きにくる始末
とにかく人が足りておらず回っていない印象でした。
二度と行きません。

友人は車で来ている為、アルコールは飲めないからソフトドリンクを注文しているのに、アルコールが入った物を出された。
まさかアルコールが入ってると思わないから少し飲んでしまい、店員にその事を伝えても謝罪はなく、結局友人は車を置いて帰る事になってしまった。
値段も割高。予約したのに途中で狭い席に変えられたり。
他の悪い口コミも最初は大袈裟にいっているかと思ったけど、本当にその通りの店でした。
二度といきません。

週末特別料金というシステムがあるらしく1000円アップ、クーポン利用で500円引き？個室と書いてある？のに個室でないなど
まぁ飲み放題で利用しましたが出てくるのが遅い事！週末特別料金取ってんだったらそれなりに人員増やせよ！なんの為の追加料金だよ！プレモルと謳いながら金麦が出てくるし！
なぜこのような店があるのか不思議です。もう二度と利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理はすごく美味しかったですが、通されてから10分も待たされた挙句、始まりは10分前から開始してるんで、そこから2時間で〜と言われ、注文は間違われるし、呼び出し押してから10分前後待たされ、飲み放題なのに注文できないし、早く帰れと言わんばかりに端に待機され、気分悪かったです。
予約時では料金¥3000だったのにも関わらず、後付けでいろいろ足されて、一人¥5500に跳ね上がりました。
名札ついてなかったので確認出来ませんでしたが、青いネイルしてた女性店員が特に態度が悪かったです。
おすすめはしません。

受付で謎に数分待たされ、その間にレジ周りを数人の女性スタッフがウロウロするも挨拶なし。
恐らく個人のスマホを持ち出しいじる始末。
ようやく席に通され宴会していると、テーブルに運ばれてくる料理や飲み物がテーブルごとではなく全てミックスの状態。
あっちのテーブルにはあるけど、こっちのテーブルにはない、というカオスな状態。
更にはドリンク名も聞こえないので運ばれてきてもなんだか分からない、勝手に置いていく。宴会内のメンバー立ち位置を感じ取れない様子で、勘が悪い。
二度と行きませんし、行かないことをオススメします。

と、と、とんでもないよ、席料380円はしゃーなしだけどサービス料金ってのが謎にかかってきます。合計金額の10%らしいので頼めば頼むほど無駄。しかも『メニュー表に貼られてますよ？外の人に聞きませんでした？』とのことでしたが、気づきにくいとこに貼ってるやん！！！！まぁ、そういうことで良い店なのでみなさんどうぞ?
